From the moment I explained the situation, the team at Fresh Air Systems jumped in immediately. They even added an additional job to a technician's day to ensure my Dad and his wife would have someone arrive the same day. Once he arrived, Ronnie examined their unit and determined the compressor had stopped working and would need to be replaced. In addition to replacing the compressor on the spot, they did a full assessment of the unit AND they gave us a significant reduction in cost. They had to come back the next day when my Dad called back to say the A/C wasn't working again, only to determine they had switched the thermostat to HEAT. Fresh Air Systems graciously told my parents they should have no further issues, then called me to explain the situation AND did not charge me for any additional service. This is the epitome of integrity, in my experience. I would wholeheartedly trust Fresh Air Systems to "do what's right".

My elderly parents' A/C stopped working on a 97 degree day. I was not able to get to their house to assess the situation, so I called Fresh Air Systems to ask for their help. I explained to them the situation... that my Dad is in the early stages of Alzheimers and his wife called to ask me for help to assess, diagnose, and fix whatever needed to be fixed.
